S G Smith Sydenham MB PC were fantastic because I booked my car in for a driver pick up, the driver arrived early was pleasant and polite. Later same day service department called to apologise for the delay in getting work done. Car delivered to me next day. I was kept informed of what was happening car clean, Bill not too frightening.

I would not recommend S G Smith Sydenham MB PC because the car went in for a scheduled service which, as far as I am aware was completed satisfactorily, but I asked for one recently occurring fault to be fixed: the driver's door should be held open when opened on a hill, but this has stopped happening. I was assured this had been fixed. I was away for a week and was unable to use the car until I returned. When I did I found it was exactly as it had been when the car went in. In addition the rollover bar was up and would not go down. I spoke to the service department and was told the mechanic thought he had fixed the door which I do not understand and that no-one from S G Smith had touched the rollover bar so it was nothing to do with them. i have subsequently managed to lower it myself after reading in the handbook that pressing the soft top switch would lower it. I am surprised a Mercedes service agent did not know this.
I have had excellent experiences at S G Smith in the past and I am disappointed that the old standard of service has not been maintained.
I will not be using S G Smith in the future.

I would not recommend S G Smith Sydenham MB PC because the staff is really behaving unprofessional when I was asking about the car every time they were lies so sad for a dealer to behave like that
